Public Prosecutions Office visits the National Security Education Exhibition

Everyone plays a part in national security.

On 21 and 22 of April 2021, Public Prosecutions Office delegations, comprised of over 100 prosecutors and staff, visited the “National Security Education Exhibition 2021”, co-organized by the Macao Special Administrative Region Government and Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region.

On the morning of 21 April, the Prosecutor General, Ip Son Sang, led a total of close to 20 prosecutors and more than 30 staff to visit the exhibition, where they had an in-depth study on the arduous path and struggles the nation has taken over the past century, as well as the rigorous safety situation currently faced and overall national security. Members also took a look back at the journey and achievement of China and Macao SAR on the fight against COVID-19 epidemic over the past year, and the newest progress on improving the construction of national security system.

Through the exhibition and its videos, staff of the Public Prosecutions Office further deepened their knowledge on national sovereignty, national security and development, and as part of the Chinese nation, strengthened their sense of commitment and responsibility in strictly fulfilling prosecutorial duty, and actively defending national security.

Due to epidemic prevention precautions and work arrangement, a total of more than 50 prosecutors and Public Prosecutions Office staff visited the National Security Education Exhibition on 22 April.
