Please note that the Public Prosecutions Office (MP) will adopt the following special operational arrangements between 3 and 7 February 2020 to conform to the Macao SAR Government’s current epidemic prevention measures and to ensure judicial work is efficiently conducted—

1. From 3 to 7 February, the MP Criminal Proceedings Office (situated at NAPE, Dynasty Plaza, 2nd floor) will maintain regular services on a shift basis. During the five working days, the Office will be open to external parties for urgent cases from 09:00am to 01:00pm on 3, 5 and 7 February to ensure that criminal investigation procedures will be carried out according to law.

2. Prosecutorial Offices at three levels of Courts will operate on a shift basis. Legal advice service provided by the Prosecutorial Office at the Primary Court, situated at Avenida da Infante D. Henrique, The Macau Square, 3rd floor, will be arranged by telephone calls. Residents may call 28557714 during office hours for appointment of the service.

3. The Office of the Prosecutor General will provide regular services on a shift basis to ensure that support is rendered to MP’s litigation procedures.

4. During the abovementioned period, non-urgent taking of statements, declarations and other proceedings measures originally scheduled at all Prosecutorial Offices will be cancelled. MP will notify relevant parties of a newly rescheduled date.
