Fu Kui, Deputy Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Vice Chairman of the National Commission of Supervision, leads delegation to visit MP (2026-06-12)

Prosecutor General Tong Hio Fong received a five-member delegation led by Fu Kui, Deputy Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Vice Chairman of the National Commission of Supervision today (12 June). The delegation was accompanied by Ao Ieong Seong, Commissioner Against Corruption. The two sides exchanged views on topics including personnel exchanges and joint efforts to combat cross-border corruption.

During the meeting, Prosecutor General Tong Hio Fong gave an overview of the work of the Public Prosecutions Office (MP) of Macao SAR in combatting cross-border crimes and facilitating personnel exchanges. Tong stated that the MP will continue to deepen communication and cooperation with supervisory authorities in the Mainland, establish a regular mechanism for exchange and training, and continuously enhance MP staff’s awareness of integrity, law-abiding conduct, and the upholding of fairness and justice. The Public Prosecutions Office will crack down on all acts of corruption and criminal activities that harm the interests of the state and MSAR, strengthen Macao’s defense for integrity and the rule of law, and resolutely safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interests, as well as the interests of the people of Macao.

Deputy Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Vice Chairman of the National Commission of Supervision Fu Kui commended the Public Prosecutions Office for its achievements in the fight against corruption. He noted that this year marks the beginning of the national 15th Five-Year Plan, and hoped the MP will strengthen communication and cooperation with Mainland supervisory authorities and jointly combat cross-border corruption crimes in the face of complex and diverse risks and challenges, such as cross-border economic crimes, and maintain a zero-tolerance stance towards corruption.

Other representatives from the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and National Commission of Supervision in attendance included: Cai Wei, Director-General of the International Cooperation Department; Chen Yongzhao, Deputy Director-General of the International Cooperation Department and Level I Inspector; Zhou Congyuan, Division Head of the International Cooperation Department; and Sun Yonghua, Division Head level Secretary at the General Office. Other attendees included: Wong Kim Fong, Deputy Commissioner Against Corruption and Director of the Anti-Corruption Bureau; as well as MP representatives: Mai Man Ieng, Assistant Prosecutor General; Wong Hio Nam, Chief of Office of the Prosecutor General; Sio In Ha, Prosecutor Coordinator; and Chou Sin Teng, Prosecutor.
