In order to pass on the national spirit and foster a stronger sense of patriotism, Prosecutor General Chan Tsz King, along with Prosecutors and staff of Public Prosecutions Office (MP), visited the “For National Liberation and World Peace - Thematic Exhibition on the 80th Anniversary of the Victory in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War” in 3 sessions on 16 and 17 September. The exhibition features a wide array of historical photographs and documentation, offering a comprehensive presentation of the 14-year history of the War of Resistance from 1931 to 1945 from multiple perspectives. It also highlights the shared hardships endured by compatriots in Macao and people across the nation over the years, and the deep bonds formed during the war.
Through visiting the exhibition, our personnel gained a deeper understanding of the history of the War of Resistance, further enhanced their patriotism and affection for our country and Macao, as well as their sense of historic mission and national responsibility. This strengthened their patriotic conviction and sense of unity, motivating them to contribute their judicial efforts to national development and Macao’s prosperity and stability, and to take concrete actions to advance national rejuvenation.
