At the invitation of the Public Prosecutions Office (MP) of Macao Special Administrative Region, a delegation of six members, headed by the Deputy Prosecutor-General of the People’s Procuratorate of Zhejiang Province, Mr. Kong Zhang, paid an official visit to Macao SAR between 30 October and 2 November 2023.

On 31 October, the delegation visited the Public Prosecutions Office of Macao SAR, where they met with the Prosecutor General, Mr. Ip Son Sang and other magistrates. On 1 November, an experience sharing session was conducted between the delegation and staff of MP on recommendation of information systematization in judicial organs in Mainland China.

During their stay in Macao, the delegation also visited the Court of Final Appeal, as well as the Legal and Judicial Training Centre, in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the operation of judicial related organs in Macao.
