Prosecutorial Office at the Court of Final Appeal

The Prosecutorial Office at the Court of Final Appeal is mainly responsible for:

Participating in criminal and administrative cases where the Court of Final Appeal acts as the court of first instance;
Participating in criminal, civil, labour and administrative cases appealed to the Court of Final Appeal, including submitting replies to appeals or written opinions on such cases;
Participating in appeals for standardizing judicial interpretation.
