Prosecutorial Office at the Court of Second Instance

The Prosecutorial Office at the Court of Second Instance is mainly responsible for:

Participating in criminal and administrative cases where the Court of Second Instance acts as the court of first instance;
Participating in criminal, civil, labour and administrative cases appealed to the Court of Second Instance, including submitting replies to appeals or written opinions on such cases;
Deciding whether to appeal against verdicts or rulings of the Court of Second Instance to the Court of Final Appeal.
