Between 21 and 27 May 2023, Assistant Prosecutor General, Mr. Mai Man Ieng led the Public Prosecutions Office (MP) delegation on a visit to Yunnan Province, and conducted exchange and interaction with local prosecutorial services.

During the visit, the MP delegation met with the People’s Procuratorate of Yunnan Province, the People’s Procuratorate of Honghe Prefecture and the People’s Procuratorate of Wenshan Prefecture, where they shared experiences on a number of topics, including: the combat of drug-related crimes, transborder crimes, money laundering, recovery of criminal proceeds and public interest litigation. The MP delegation also had the chance to learn on-site about projects run by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate on poverty alleviation, rural revitalization and national unity.

Members of the MP delegation included: Assistant Prosecutor General, Mr. Choi Keng Fai, Chief of Office of the Prosecutor General, Mr. Tam Peng Tong, Prosecutor Coordinator, Ms. Ho Man, Prosecutor, Mr. Pak Wa Ngai and department heads of office.
