On 18 January 2017, Mr Huang Liuquan, the deputy head of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council (HKMAO), Mr Yang Xiaoshan, the head of the Department of Law of HKMAO, and their entourage visited the Macao Public Prosecutions Office (MP) in the afternoon. The delegates were warmly received by Mr Ip Son Sang, the prosecutor general of Macao. Mr Huang fully recognized MP’s contribution since 1999. He and the host then discussed in detail on how to further deepen exchanges and cooperation between judiciary institutions of the Chinese Mainland and the Macao SAR.

Ms Ma Iek and Dr Mai Man Ieng, the assistant prosecutors general of MP and Ms Wu Kit I, the deputy chief of the Office of the Prosecutor General also participated in the meeting.
