On 29^th April 2015, an MP delegation led by Prosecutor General, Ip Son Sang, visited the Guangdong Province, where the delegates paid visits to the Guangdong Provincial People's Procuratorate, People's High Court, Public Security Department and the Zhuhai City People's Procuratorate. The Provincial Chief Prosecutor, Zheng Hong, President of the Provincial High Court, Zheng E, Deputy Head of the Provincial Public Security Department, He Guangping, and Chief Prosecutor of the Zhuhai City People's Procuratorate, Guan Yingyan, placed high importance to the visit and showed warm hospitality to the delegation. The provincial and SAR prosecutorial agencies exchanged views on pushing forward judicial cooperation and combat against crimes in the two regions.

Ties between Macao and Guangdong have long been established. To further strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the two places in fighting cross-boundary crimes and safeguarding social peace and order, Prosecutor General, Ip Son Sang, and his delegation visited Guangdong judicial and law enforcement organs. The delegates conducted thorough discussions with the Guangdong Provincial Procuratorate, local High Court, Public Security Department and Zhuhai City Procuratorate on closer cooperation in mutual case assistance and made arrangements for such purposes.
