The independent Prosecutors Committee is responsible for the appraisal and disciplinary management of MP magistrates and judicial assistants. The Prosecutors Committee is chaired ex officio by the Prosecutor General, with other members comprising of one representative of Assistant Prosecutors General and one representative of Prosecutors elected by MP magistrates, as well as two public figures recommended by the Independent Committee for the Recommendation of Judges and appointed by the Chief Executive.
